Chaumont

ACIETEC collaborated in the renovation of 28 social housing units and a business premises in the 19th district of Paris, with a total surface area of 1,240 m², by manufacturing and assembling ventilated facades and aluminium composite shutters.

The urbanization of the rue de Chaumont took place during the second half of the 19th century around older axes. Its variety reflects the sedimentation of the constructions observed in this district and declines several typologies of habitat: townhouses, tenement buildings, Haussmannian buildings, blocks with recent urbanization which in certain sectors, as the street of Meaux for example, present more important heights. 

The project is built in line with the street and has an “L” shaped plan.
