The campus, which will have 94,000 m2 of office space, 60,000 m2 of facade and 1.3 hectares of parkland, will consist of four low-carbon buildings and a campus core integrated into the large central park, part of which is open to the neighborhood.

Alongside ENGIE, Nexity, Swiss Life Asset Managers France and the City of La Garenne-Colombes, the architects have indicated that their ideas for this project are an inclusive master plan, an open piece of city, a central park, a living architecture, a unifying heart, a new low-carbon world.
